By downloading, accessing, or using Tip & Split ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Tip & Split is a mobile application created by Kovacs Software Solutions that helps users calculate tips, split bills, reference country tipping guidance, and review bill history stored on their device.

3. Informational Use

Tip calculations and country guides are provided for general informational convenience only. Country customs, tax practices, service charges, and tipping expectations may change, so you should use your own judgment before relying on the App in a real-world setting.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:

6. Local Data Storage

In version 1, bill history is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for managing, reviewing, or deleting any locally stored entries if you no longer want them available on that device.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tip & Split is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovacs Software Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tip & Split.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or revise these Terms from time to time. If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
