Please include your device model, iOS version, Solay version, a description of what happened, and any error message or screenshot you are comfortable sharing.
Location and Forecasts
Solay needs location access, or a manually selected saved location, to show relevant UV conditions and forecasts. If forecast data does not load, confirm that Solay has location permission, check your internet connection, and try again. Weather and UV forecasts are estimates and may be delayed, unavailable, or different from actual local conditions.
Notifications and Timers
For SPF reminders, UV alerts, and timer notifications, confirm that notifications are enabled for Solay in your device settings. Device power-saving settings, Focus modes, operating-system behavior, or force-quitting the app may affect notification timing.
Subscriptions, Purchases, and Accounts
For Solay Pro purchase or restore issues, confirm that you are using the same Apple account used for the original purchase and choose Restore Purchases in the app. For Sign in with Apple or account-access problems, include the exact error shown without sharing passwords or private authentication codes.
Sun-Safety Questions
Solay cannot assess medical conditions or guarantee safe exposure. For medical advice, unusual skin reactions, medication-related sun sensitivity, or concerns about sun exposure, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
